Bring your clients over from a spreadsheet or another system
Import families, pets and vaccine dates from a CSV export.
Most systems (Gingr, MoeGo, PetExec and others) can export clients as a CSV file. A spreadsheet works too: save it as CSV.
- Open Clients and choose Import from a spreadsheet.
- Choose the file. We match columns automatically; fix any that are wrong and set columns you don't need to Skip.
- Choose Check the import. You'll see how many families and pets will be added, which ones are already your clients (they're skipped, never changed), and any rows that need a look.
- Choose Import. Everything goes in at once, or nothing does.
One row per pet works best. Rows with the same email or phone become one family with several pets.
Vaccine dates come in as records waiting for review, because nobody has seen the certificates yet. Check them from each pet's page before confirming reservations.
