Take, confirm and change a reservation

1. Choose New reservation, find the family, then pick the service, pets and dates. The price, with any holiday rules, discounts and family rates, shows before you save.
2. New reservations start as requests. Choose Confirm when the family's vaccines, agreements and any required evaluation are in order; anything missing is listed on the reservation.
3. On the day, choose Check in, then Check out when they go home. Check-out waits until every belonging is handed back or explained.

Changing a reservation

1. Open the reservation and choose Change.
2. Change the dates, pets or notes and choose Save changes. Prices, discounts and prepaid days are worked out again, and space is checked again.
3. Once a stay has started, only the check-out date can change.

If a change means another family now has a pet's kennel on one of the new nights, the pet is taken off the lodging map and you're asked to place it again.

Cancelling

Choose Cancel on the reservation and give a reason. Prepaid days go back to the family's pack.
